We’re getting ready for school around here. My sweet boy will be starting Kindergarten tomorrow. I am not sure what I feel right now. It’s such a bittersweet feeling in that I will be able to finally enjoy some uninterrupted time to work work work, but at the same time will be missing his sweet voice keeping me company during the day. But I am happy to see my baby boy embracing life and move up in the word. Art Print (red or chocolate) – 8×10 printed in 8.5×11 paper. For best results use fine art paper or a thick cardstock.

I'm sure Kindergarten will be harder on you than on your little guy. Was for me! 
I was curious what kind of a printer you have. My husband has a Canon i9900. It does a pretty good job but when I tried to print a graphic in black on colored (light pink and light blue) card stock, it came out gray. Have you ever had that problem?

I use Epson Professional Photo Printers. I have both the R1900 and the 1400 and they work perfect for all my work. I am not sure why yours is giving you gray ink when printing on colored cardstock. I know it might fade a bid though. Does it print OK on white paper?
Hmmm, I'm not sure why either. I did try to print on white paper and it printed fine. Maybe it was just the pink. I framed it in a black frame and it looked fine. It just wasn't super solid black. I'll have to check into those printers.
