Hello friends!
You have no idea how long we’ve been waiting to share such news with you! But we have to wait no longer – the good Lord has blessed us once again! We’re going to have a baby!!
I just entered the second trimester and we’re due March 26th. Last week I got to hear the little one’s heartbeat! I don’t know what it is about that moment but it makes me feel emotional and so proud of being a mama. I’ve been feeling yucky and low in energy (all I want to do is sleep, sleep, sleep) but am hoping to soon feel good again as the pregnancy progresses. Nikolas is thrilled and is talking to the belly all the time. His prayers for a sibling were finally answered:) It makes us happy to see him experience and understand this process. We’re going to find out the sex in just 6 weeks! Yay! It’s been fun playing the guessing game – but we really want to know! We feel blessed and so excited for what’s ahead of us!

I am so happy for you Vana!!! I know you had been praying for a little one for a while (you mentioned it in a post once) and I am so glad your prayers got answered. I was due March 26 last year and am now enjoying watching my little girl who arrived on March 31 roll over on her tummy and chewing her fingers (and toes!). She even just got her first tooth! Happy times lie ahead, I wish you a wonderful pregnancy and a happy and healthy baby when Spring comes round.
