Today we’re talking about social media as a mean of PR and how to make it worth your time. If you’re online, chances are you are pretty familiar with Facebook and Twitter (the two most engaging social media sites). You might even find yourself spending more time than you wish for on these two sites. What is the message you’re sending out? Do you have a story behind your brand? How do you engage with you fans? Are they your customers? If they are, try engaging with them not only on business owner to customer basis, talk to them about things that may not even be product/service related. On this short video Lisa with Step Brightly and myself are sharing our own experience on how we manage time on social media.
