es + es
is a New York based company offering one-of-a-kind, heirloom quality pieces for the special little girls in your lives. I first came in contact with this company when the owner, Mallory, asked me to work on a logo package for her business. We have since become good friends and I am completely smitten by her wonderful line of products.
1. What drew you to Le Papier Studio? Was there anything in specific that made us stand out?
When I first started my business, I was of course looking for some fabulous stationery. I was browsing through Etsy’s pages and a photograph caught me eye. I was brought to lepapier’s etsy shop
and I was immediately drawn to her silhouette styles. Everything in her shop was absolutely beautiful, and the pieces had a lovely vintage quality to them.
3. What part of our service/product did you find most valuable?
I always consider customer service a top priority, especially for something as important as business stationery. Vana and I exchanged countless emails, etsy messages and even spoke over the telephone, in order to perfect my order. She doesn’t skip a beat and pays very close attention to detail. When there was a problem with something I had received, she immediately re-printed the entire set without hesitation.
4. What would you say to a friend who was thinking of working with us – but wasn’t sure?
Anyone who is in need of lovely personalized items, whether it be personal or business, should work with Le Papier Studio
. One cannot beat the level of personalized service, it’s amazing!
5.Anything else you’d like to add?
In conclusion… (JK)
I cannot speak highly enough of Vana and the wonderful business she has built herself. The products are beautiful, the prices are right and the customer service is outstanding. What else is there?
